Scope: Design, Construction, Finance and Facilities Management of the project. Motheo have two roles - firstly as 11% shareholders of the Concessionaire (25 years) for the financing and Facilities Management of the property.  Secondly we were 12,7% shareholders in the Joint Venture responsible for the Design and Construction of the facility.  Motheo are members of the Concessionaire Imbumba -Aganang (11% shareholding) and had a 12.7% share of the joint venture responsible for the design and construction.
